Mr. JAYESH B. DESAI - GROUP CHAIRMAN

Mr. Jayesh Desai, a very young, dynamic, energetic and passionate personality, has been leading the Group since the inception. He is a first-generation entrepreneur, an exemplary leader and an instrumental force behind the success of the Rajhans Group.

A versatile man with strong business acumen, Mr. Desai heads planning and strategic business development and plays an active role in developing the business strategy for the group. He is really instrumental in Group’s foray into every new business venture. He is a man with vision and mission having in-built quality of seizing every business opportunity at optimum level. He also spearheads the social welfare activities for the group.

His philosophy of “customer happiness through delightful products and services” is now very much the driving force for the group.

MR. SHIVLAL G. JAIN - GROUP M.D.

Mr. Shivlal Jain is a dynamic and committed leader with vast experience and expertise in the field of Finance, Accounts, Costing and Taxation. He is instrumental in successfully running and managing all the business verticals of the Group. A person admired by everyone in the Group for his commitment, dedication and flexible approach towards work, Mr. Shivlal Jain is looked upon as a mentor who leads by example. A key person in the success story of the Group, his wisdom and experience have become invaluable assets for the Group.

Mr. Vijay Desai - Director

An extremely resourceful person, Mr Vijay Desai brings in special skills to oversee execution of projects. With a rich industrial experience of various business verticals, he has acquired novel ways of seeing tasks through.

A deep understanding of the Trade and the Sales network makes him ideal to oversee the selling and distribution functions.

Mr. Vijay Desai constantly endeavors to source new ways of building people partnerships and inspiring team to achieve identified goals.

Oversees and coordinates business activities in line with the overall business strategy to ensure the best quality Schmitten and Hoppits reaches the consumer while building a longer term vision to be the preferred premium chocolate manufacturer.

Ms. Priyanshi Nair - Executive Assistant to Group Chairman

Often known as the Women of Power and Compassion, she is the Executive Assistant of the Group Chairman and have been recognized as Shadow Leader. With a high profile Management job, her key role is to get involved in planning long term business strategies and representing along with or in absence of Chairman in key business meetings. With her razor sharp mind of meticulous planning and her business acumen, she is the bridge between the Chairman and other key departments across the group to ensure proper communication and effective execution. She treads the fair line of being eyes and ears of the Chairman helping him to take well informed and balanced decisions.

Mr. Jignesh Shah - CEO - Confectionery

With cumulative experience of over 20 years in marketing, communication and engineering, Jignesh Shah is well-known for his extensive exposure to Strategic Marketing with a proven track record of creating and nurturing iconic brands in the Indian FMCG market. A keen liking for a fast paced marketing environment and having the hunger for wisdom, creativity, growth and shattering mediocrity. Being a dynamic, entrepreneurial & inspiring leader in its true sense, his skill sets involve being hands-on, performance-oriented, motivated to deliver market-performing creativity, multitasking, action packed leadership to bring out the best in people.

Mr. Annarao Patil – GM – Chocolate Plant

With his wide experience in chocolate operations, Mr. Annarao Patil extensively coordinates and plans with Sales and Purchase teams to ensure the factory delivers a high quality, uninterrupted supply of Schmitten brands at the best operating costs.

Mr. Siddharth Gupta - GM - Sales & Distribution

Siddharth is having 19 years of experience in S & D, Trade marketing, Key Accounts management, Category Management and overall General Management. He has wide understanding in the shopper buying behaviour and complexities involved in FMCG categories as diverse as - Home Care, Personal Care, Cosmetics, OTC, Processed Foods , Commodities & Professional Hair Care. The exposure of such varied categories has given him an overall strong understanding of consumer and customer psyche and in turn has helped him to plan and implement successful sales strategies.

Mr. Rishabh Verma- Category Manager

An accomplished marketing professional having 10 years of experience in creating and nurturing brands in FMCG. Possesses strong consumer orientation, strategic mindset and analytical skills through varied exposure in FMCG functions like New Product Development, Brand Marketing , Sales & Go-To Market strategy. Rishabh is spearheading the overall marketing and growth strategies for brands- Schmitten and Hoppits. An effective leader with strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and good sense of humour, he is able to lead team to deliver strong business growth.

Ms. Khushboo Rai – AGM – Group Media & Communications

Contributes to the marketing strategies of Schmitten by overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional activities to get the brands SCHMITTEN & HOPPITS as top of the mind premium chocolate brands.
